Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the BeBeautifulBoutique Affiliate Program(“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following:
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any application without explanation.
2. Commissions
- Affiliates earn 10% commission on the net value of referred sales (excluding VAT, shipping, and discounts).Commissions are tracked via referral links or approved coupon codes.
- Only valid purchases (not refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent) qualify for commission.
3. Tracking & Cookies
- Referrals are tracked by cookies placed on the customer’s device.
- The cookie duration is 60 days. If a customer completes a purchase within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive commission.
- If a customer uses multiple affiliates’ links, the last click before purchase is credited.
4. Payments
- Payments are made monthly via PayPal in GBP.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum of £25 in earned commissions is required before payout. Unpaid balances roll over month to month until the threshold is reached.
- Grace Period: Commissions are held for 30 days before being released. This ensures any refunds, returns, or chargebacks are accounted for.
- Example: A sale made on 5th January is cleared for payout in the February cycle, provided the minimum threshold is met.
- Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal fees and for reporting/handling their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
5. Restrictions
Affiliates may not:
- Use their own affiliate links for personal purchases.
- Use misleading, spammy, or illegal marketing practices.
- Bid on “BeBeautifulBoutique” or close variations in paid search campaigns.
- Misrepresent our brand or products.
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
- You may use our approved banners, logos, and product images solely for promoting BeBeautifulBoutique.
- You may not alter or misrepresent our brand assets.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
- Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the threshold will be forfeited.
8. Liability
- We make no guarantees regarding the Program’s performance or your expected earnings.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Amendments
- BeBeautifulBoutique may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
